Overview

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they’re received. Any damage that occurs before delivery is the responsibility of Marlekarida or its logistics partners. If you have any questions after receiving your order, our support team is here to help.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible orders.
Current shipping offers and thresholds are shown clearly at checkout and may change from time to time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
(Carrier operations may include weekends or holidays in some regions.)

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, holidays, severe weather, strikes, or local carrier disruptions. We will always do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

Address & Delivery Confirmation

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate at checkout.

When your package arrives, we recommend inspecting it before signing. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or opened, you may refuse delivery. Couriers deliver to the address listed on the shipping label; anyone present at that address may sign for the package.

Order Changes

For security and fraud-prevention reasons, orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

1) Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility & Condition

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with tags attached
  • All included items returned together (product, accessories, gifts, manuals, invoices, or receipts)
  • Proof of purchase required

Returns apply only to items shipped by us. Product-specific conditions, if any, may be listed on the product page or order record.

3) How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, please email support@marlekarida.com within 90 days of delivery.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include clear photos or a short video.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and an RMA number.
We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: return shipping is covered by us.
  • Non-defective items or change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. No prepaid return label is provided.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for banks or card issuers to process and post the refund.

6) Exchanges & Alternatives

Within 90 days, you may choose one of the following options (subject to eligibility above):

  • Product exchange
  • Store discount
  • Refund to the original payment method

7) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Certain health or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

8) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
